I'm so happy to share Cold Sassy Tree - it's one of my all time favorites and I think it's one of her best performances. Thanks for sharing this one. I finally got to have a look at this. Definitely a bright spot of acting during a time in her career when she was so underused. I don't suppose you have a private link of your "A Place for Lovers" upload on YouTube? I was watching the movie you uploaded split into parts but when Part 2 ended, I realized YouTube must have removed Parts 3, 4, and 6. Weird. I wonder why only those parts -- music copyrights or something?

Interesting you brought A Place for Lovers up. I uploaded the whole film in one clip last week but it said blocked world wide so I took it down. Let's do an experiment and I will keep it private and see if the link will work here.
Glad you enjoyed Cold Sassy Tree. One of my favorites.....

THIS IS A TEST! Here's the link to A Place for Lovers 1969. It's private so let me know if you can watch using this link. Thanks for trying. That link didn't work for me though. Still says it's private.

Looks like it's still blocked. When I try it, I see this message: This video contains content from Cecchi Gori Home Video (CGHV) Srl, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.

Silhouette is back up on YouTube. Seems to get frequently yanked down once it's uploaded so if you haven't had a watch lately, now's your chance. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDMOk64vmQo

It's not a TV movie but it's kinda rare. I love Faye's performance in Scorchers. Here's her storyline.
Conclusion in next post

Thanks for posting those scenes! I was never quite sure if Scorchers was a movie or a TV movie or what. Thanks for clarifying.
Actually, do you know what category Silhouette falls in? I always assumed that one was a made for TV movie, but was that actually a small independent movie that just never got a big release and went straight to television?

Silhouette was a made for cable movie for the USA Network.
Here's a TV movie from Canada (CBC) Road to Avonlea: What a Tangled Web We Weave (1995) where Faye and the great Maureen Stapleton have a couple of fun scenes together. And Faye looks beautiful and has a Polish accent!
